The fees for our copywriting services are flat firm fees relating to your specific project and not to the amount of hours we dedicate to your project. That is because you pay us for our creative ability, talent and experience and not for our time.

A purchase order or signed letter of agreement (by all parties) which specifies nature of assignment or consultation, approved fees, and date desired is required, along with payment, for all jobs. This prevents any confusion regarding terms of the agreement by you or by us.
Our standard policy is to receive all payments in advance. Work on your project will begin upon receipt of the full payment. We will do up to three revisions on your project provided all revisions are assigned within 30 days of receipt of copy and unless the revision is based on a change in the assignment made after copy is submitted. Rewrites not considered as free revisions are billed at an hourly rate of $50 per hour.
We have yet to need to deal with refunds. Nevertheless, our refund policy is simple - we don't make refunds. No refunds are available on orders unless work has not been started. We accept checks and money orders made payable to Essick Writing Services.
